When contacted, I will send you an offer which you sign. With your signature the contract is legally valid.

2. Prices and payment
Energetic house clearing for house sale: 0.3 – 0.5 % of the house price is due to Christiane Deutsch following the signing of the house sale contract. The fee is due within 5 days after the signing of the sales contract
Energetic house clearing for home improvement: fee as agreed upon.
The fee is due within 5 days after the finishing of my energetic house clearing.

3. Delivery time
Within 3-5 days the assignment is usually completed and I will inform you once the work has been carried out.
