Sometimes people find a new house, but struggle to make it their home and don’t feel fully supported by it.
Often people don’t enjoy being home, cannot relax and sufficiently recover from a long day’s work.
From time to time, people want to sell their property, but no suitable offers seem to come it.

Each property has its own history and therefore its own atmosphere.
This atmosphere can weaken and diminish our energy or support and strengthen us.
Sometimes properties are not comfortable to live in or easy to sell.
One of the reasons could be, that a difficult divorce, long illness or violence happened in that house, the property or the area and the energies and emotions stayed in the building.
Or there are still energies from wars, battles or other unhealed circumstances in the earth underneath the house.
It cannot be explained rationally but one does not enjoy being in these places.
Even if our normal senses are satisfied, like the house looks good and is in a nice neighbourhood one does not enjoy the house, cannot express one’s potential or it does not sell at the “right” price.
No matter how much money one invests in furniture and alike, the energies do not really change.
Other cultures are often more conscious about the energetic influence of homes and living spaces. Even in our Western culture we have a history of smudging and other rituals to energetically optimise spaces.
When the property has not been sold for some time, usually the price gets reduced until a buyer shows up.
I offer another option.
I can tune into the property from afar and correct the misaligned energies, so it becomes more harmonious and therefore more attractive to potential buyers.
